How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at billing@rimetry.com or support@rimetry.com and we'll help you through the process.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
